Façade inspection and reporting for Woonhaven
For Woonhaven, we mapped the condition of the timber frame behind the Trespa façade panels.
The project concerned the Red Silvertoptower in Antwerp.
Our assignment comprised a thorough inspection, concluded with a detailed report that gave a clear overview of the full condition of the structure.

Façade maintenance and reporting for Woonhaven
For two projects, we carried out repair work for concrete rot. We removed the damaged and loose sections of concrete and subsequently applied a protective coating to the exposed, corroded steel.
Using an app, we accurately mapped all the areas that had been treated. Photos and descriptions were used to pinpoint the various locations directly on the building, ensuring that all completed works were clearly and comprehensively documented.

Pruning at height for Restaurant Veranda
For Restaurant Veranda, we pruned the wisteria on the façade of the restaurant. This was deliberately done with rope access instead of a cherry picker. This way, we avoided disturbing the environment, and the narrow street in central Antwerp stayed accessible, so customers could enjoy the lunch menu without any problems during the works.

Roof cleaning for a private client
For a private client, we cleaned the roof using rope access.
That way, the garden, driveway and façade remained untouched.
We removed moss, algae and dirt, which extends the lifespan of the roof and instantly gives the home a renewed appearance.
